What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative-Temporary position at Auto Pro Collision?
Auto Pro Collision is looking for a temporary customer service representative in the automotive-repair industry. We are a full-performance collision repair shop and have a great office environment. This position is for a responsible and trustworthy person who has experience in the auto body industry. You will be the face of the company and will be the first person that customers see when they come in.
Responsibilities Include:
- Customer Service
- Answering the Telephone
- Computer data entry
- Miscellaneous office tasks
- Ensure the customer waiting area is clean and organized.
- Greet customers, vendors and other parties. Determine the nature of their business and direct them to the appropriate staff member
- Act as principal phone contact. Direct phone calls to the appropriate staff member and take a message when necessary. Be sure messages are received by the proper person immediately or as soon as he/she becomes available
- Gather basic customer information and distribute to the appropriate staff member
- Enter headers for customer repair orders
- Help organize repair orders for closing
- Assist with:
- Filing
- Faxing
- Copying
- Sorting
- Billing
Required/Recommended Skills:
- Experience with CCC One (our operating system)
- Overall Body Shop Experience (familiar with process and operations_
- Microsoft Word and Excel
