- Utilize effective phone etiquette to communicate with customers and suppliers professionally.
- Support sales management efforts by promoting parts and accessories to customers.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable pricing and terms for parts procurement.
- Maintain organized records of inventory transactions using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely delivery of parts for vehicle repairs.
- Provide multilingual support to enhance customer experience in diverse communities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and automotive diagnostics is essential.
- Proficiency in inventory management practices and tools.
