Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Advisor/Writer, located in Southington, CT. The Service Advisor/Writer will deliver exceptional customer-focused service by acting as a liaison between clients and the service department. Daily tasks include assisting customers with service requirements, communicating repair needs, maintaining accurate service records, and ensuring a seamless experience from vehicle drop-off to pick-up. The role will also involve addressing aftersales inquiries and contributing to customer satisfaction goals.This role does invlove parts ordering per technician requests to complete jobs
Qualifications
- Customer-focused Service, Customer Satisfaction, and a strong commitment to ensuring a positive client experience
- Customer Service and Aftersales expertise to address client needs and follow through with service solutions
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and explain repair services
- Proficiency in managing documentation and maintaining service records
- Experience in automotive service is a strong advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Previuos dealer experience a must
- Mitchell ES knowlage is a plus
