Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls professionally and assist customers in both English and Spanish.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide detailed product information, including glass types, availability, and pricing.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and deliveries.
- Assist customers with order status inquiries and resolve any issues.
- Utilize sales skills to recommend and upsell additional products.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
- Post advertisements on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace to attract new business.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and inventory updates.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as data entry and invoicing.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or wholesale distribution preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as email and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of auto glass products and industry terminology is a plus.
- Sales experience and familiarity with online advertising platforms preferred.
