We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping aid us with the selling of Auto Glass. We would like our candidate to be a team player and have the desire to grow the company. We are locally owned and operated business. Hours of employment will be 8am-4pm Monday- Friday. Rotating Saturdays. Starting pay is $16 to $18 We are located 1 mile north of I70 & Quebec. Basic computer skill required.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
