Auto Driveaway Systems, LLC is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented team member to join our Title & Registration department as a Lead Processor. In this role, our Lead Processor is responsible for completing title & registration transactions, managing license plate inventory, managing critical information across internal and external systems, and taking care of our customers quickly and efficiently. Our business is growing, so the team is too! This team member must be organized, passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience and able to multitask while managing transactions for one of the largest professional driveaway companies in the United States.
Auto Driveaway is a leading national provider of professional vehicle relocation services. Auto Driveaway primarily serves large corporate fleets, fleet management companies, upfitters, dealerships and vehicle OEMs with fast, safe and reliable door-to-door driveaway and trucked transportation service nationwide. Services include fleet shipping and fleet management services; single vehicle “door-to-door driveaway” shipping; expedited shipping; enclosed carrier shipping for high-value vehicles; international (overseas) shipping; short-term and long-term vehicle storage; licensing, titling and registration of vehicles; and vehicle maintenance and reconditioning services.
Responsibilities
- Process and complete title & registration transactions for Auto Driveaway customers
- Monitor and manage inventory of license plates according to company policies and procedures
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding transaction status, documentation needs and timelines
- Maintain expert knowledge of State and Local title & registration rules, regulations, and processes
- Maintain working relationships with outside vendors, including but not limited to tag agents, electronic processors, and State and local agencies
- Complete title & registration transactions using Auto Driveaway’s technology tools and systems
- Grow Auto Driveaway's reputation as the driveaway company of choice across the United States
Requirements
- Background or experience with Department of Motor Vehicles
- Knowledge of State vehicle licensing and titling rules and regulations
- College degree preferred
- Direct experience in automotive or transportation industries
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- High energy, enthusiasm, and drive for achieving results
- Passionate about customer experience and customer satisfaction
- Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Working knowledge of process development, operational excellence, and capacity planning
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, recognizing a sense of urgency and self-motivation
