Sales and Service Representative (SSR)

Who we are: Auto-Chlor Services installs and maintains commercial dish machines and industrial laundry units. We also have a line of cleaning and sanitization products. Our target customers are restaurants, hotels, schools, gaming and health care. We are not just limited to the hospitality industry, we target any businesses who cleans, washes and sanitizes.

As a Sales and Service Representative, you will play the key role in managing and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring their businesses remain sanitary and professional.

Key Duties:

• Route Driving: This position requires operation of a company vehicle. Potential candidate must have the ability to obtain a CDL license with hazmat endorsement and follow DOT regulations. Ensure company truck is stocked with all necessary equipment needed to service accounts. Safely operate vehicle and perform regular inspections. Accurately prepare & complete all route paperwork.
• Equipment Service: Perform mechanical preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery at customer locations. Act with a sense of urgency to service calls.
• Account Management: Deliver excellent customer service while visiting accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide equipment & product knowledge compliant with current health standards.
• Accounts Receivable: Prepare invoices, collect payment and settle accounts.
• Sales: Up-sell and cross-sell additional products and services to customers.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Proven strong mechanical aptitude
• Route driving
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Strong customer service acumen
• Product sales and service

Compensation and Perks:

• Base & commission pay (received once CDL is obtained and route is assigned)
• Pay estimated around $55,000 per year (depending on location & size of route)
