You will oversee a small team of 3 employees, coordinate service and time installations, train and develop your team, and ensure our customers receive exceptional service every day. Compensation: $27/hour 5% commission on-call/overtime (approx. $90K annually)

Key Responsibilities
- Open the branch and conduct morning huddles to guide the team and review overnight service calls.
- Ensure timely installations for customers and provide hands-on mechanical support as needed.
- Train, coach, and develop route team members to maintain high service standards.
- Cover shifts for employees on vacation or out sick to ensure uninterrupted customer service.
- Support branch operations, including inventory, scheduling, and compliance with safety and company policies.
- Drive sales and service initiatives, contributing to branch profitability.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide hands-on field support when required.
- A current supervisor, lead, or high-performing team member ready to step into a management role.
- 1–2 years of leadership experience, preferably in B2B service, route-based, or distribution sales environments.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to work hands-on in the field alongside your team.
- Competitive hourly rate with commission and on-call pay (approx. $90K annually).
