Production Associate

What we need:

We are looking for a skilled, hard-working individual to perform standard warehouse duties and production of cleaning solutions, along with operations support with our route team. This individual will need to have comfortability with heavy lifting, a drive to succeed, and work in a team environment that is committed to providing strong customer service.

What's in it for you:

• Annual pay range of $55,000-$65,000 annually with hourly pay plus overtime, and on call rotation every 6-8 weeks.

Responsibilities:

• Produce and maintain adequate inventory of cleaning solutions, including mixing and blending chemicals in order to create finished cleaning products.
• Keep the production area, warehouse and shop clean, safe and organized.
• Assist with rebuilding, cleaning and preparing dish machines and other equipment.
• Help load and prepare route vehicles.
• Fill in on routes when team members are out due to vacations, illness or other absences.
• Assist the route team with customer service calls and equipment issues.
• Help support installations and other branch needs when necessary.
• Work closely with the Branch Manager and Route Team to help keep the operation running efficiently.

Requirements:

• Able to work independently.
• Driver's license for at least 3 years.
• Able to lift 70lbs.
• Experience with forklift and pallet jack preferred but not required.
