What This Role Really Is

In This Role, You Will
- Make 20 to 30 in-person cold calls every day.
- Build a strong prospect pipeline.
- Lease our dish washing machines, cleaning systems, and service programs.
- Work closely with our service teams to ensure new accounts launch successfully.
- Take ownership of your numbers, territory, and activity plan.
- Represent a family-owned business known for quality service & long-term customer relationships.
- High-energy, outgoing, and competitive.
- Comfortable walking into businesses without appointments.
- Self-motivated and disciplined with time and activity.
- Great with people, connecting with them, and earning their trust.
- Excited about a role where your success is directly tied to your effort.
- 1st year Base commission expected earning potential of $78,000-$84,000.
- 2nd year Base commission expected earning potential of $85,000-$90,000.
- Base: $41,000 with uncapped commissions. Your activity and results drive your income.
