Field Service and Sales Representative (Progression Role)

Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Service and Sales Representative for our Bethel, CT location. For over 85 years, we’ve built our reputation on reliable service and quality products. We’re looking for people ready to work independently, use their hands, and build lasting customer relationships.

• Monday–Friday schedule (7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) with on-call opportunities 4-6 days a month.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving a company van to customer locations across Connecticut.
• Performing preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Restocking solutions, collecting payments and suggesting additional products when appropriate.
• Participating in the on call rotation for emergency service after hours.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude – comfort with tools and basic repairs.
• Growth & Learning Focus - Willingness to learn and confidence to apply training when working independently managing your own route.
• Valid driver’s license - with at least 3 years of driving history.
• Hard Requirements - Ability to complete a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report check.
