What You'll Do

- Disassemble dishwashing equipment and identify reusable components
- Refurbish and rebuild machines to company standards
- Conduct performance and quality checks to ensure proper operation
- Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective repairs
- Apply creative problem-solving when troubleshooting equipment
- Cross train on equipment installations and service maintenance calls
- Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years.
- Mechanically inclined with comfort using hand tools preferred
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation when needed
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
