Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Service Representative to join our team. This on-site role is based in Danbury, CT, and will involve day-to-day tasks such as building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, conducting site visits, delivering and installing equipment, and presenting solution-based products to meet customer needs. Responsibilities include generating new sales leads, upselling additional services, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our clients through responsiveness and professional support.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and customer relationship skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and client retention
- Technical proficiency for handling, installing, and explaining cleaning equipment and products
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- Organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to different customer needs
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is a plus
- Proven sales or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to adhere to safety and company standards in all tasks
