Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Service & Sales Representative (Progression Role) to join our San Diego team. This is a hands-on route position supporting restaurants and commercial kitchens while learning the skills needed to manage your own customer route.
About the Role
After paid training, you'll service customers along a set route, restock chemical products, perform preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers, and build strong customer relationships using a company vehicle.
What You’ll Get
- $26-$27/hour, with a typical 45 hour workweek including overtime and on-call pay
- Anticipated annual earnings: $70,000–$75,000
- Consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
- On-call rotation: Roughly every 10 weeks
- Full benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, and vacation
- Company-provided resources: Vehicle during business hours, phone, tools, uniforms, and paid training
