We’re hiring driven, high-performance Sales Representatives to sell a fully funded energy efficiency rebate program to small businesses in San Diego.
This is not a typical sales role — there is no cost to the customer, which makes closing fast, direct, and highly scalable.
Your focus is simple: prospect → present → close.
Our operations team handles everything after the deal is signed.
What You’ll Do
• Prospect small businesses (in-person, phone, outreach)
• Present a no-cost energy upgrade program
• Close deals and secure signed agreements
• Build and manage your own pipeline
• Coordinate with operations for smooth handoff
• Hit monthly targets and scale your earnings
What We’re Looking For
• Strong hunter mindset — you go after deals, not wait for them
• Comfortable with field sales / door-to-door / face-to-face meetings
• Confident closer with strong communication skills
• Self-driven and performance-oriented
• Sales experience preferred (home services, solar, HVAC is a plus)
Compensation – Simple & Aggressive
💰 10% commission per closed deal
Realistic Earnings:
• 1 deal ≈ $350 commission
• 30 deals/month → ~$10,500
• 40 deals/month → $14,000
