A Hiring Group is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing company in the energy efficiency / rebate program space.
We’re looking for a hands-on Field Manager to lead installation operations. This is a high-impact leadership role, directly tied to revenue and growth — not a coordination position.
You will own field execution end-to-end, managing teams, driving performance, and ensuring installations are delivered efficiently and at high quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage electricians and subcontractors in the field
- Own scheduling and execution of the installation pipeline
- Align field capacity with incoming sales volume
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and meet program requirements
- Track performance, productivity, and job completion
- Build and scale a reliable, high-performing installation team
What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing electricians, field crews, or construction teams
- Strong operational and scheduling skills
- Ability to move fast and solve problems in real time
- A true field leader with ownership and control — not a coordinator
- Experience in HVAC, electrical, or energy programs is a strong plus
Compensation (Performance-Driven)
Base Salary: $5,000 – $7,000/month
Performance Bonus:
- 1% – 2% of completed installation revenue
Example:
- $200,000/month → $2,000 – $4,000 bonus
- $300,000/month → $3,000 – $6,000 bonus
👉 Total realistic compensation: $8,000 – $12,000 per month
