WE DON'T NEED ANOTHER ESTIMATOR. WE NEED A QUARTERBACK.

Auto Body Team – Salina is growing, and we're looking for the person who wants to be the face of our location.

At a traditional collision shop, an estimator may spend the day ordering parts, writing supplements, dealing with insurance companies and chasing production.

Not here.

Our Quarterback's primary job is simple:

Take care of people. Earn their trust. Fill the schedule.

You'll have a team around you. Our Damage Analysts handle blueprinting, supplements and parts. Our Head Coach manages production. Two CSRs support the customer process.

You focus on the customer and the sale.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Educate customers about the collision repair process and help them make confident decisions
• Convert opportunities into scheduled repairs through exceptional service—not high-pressure sales
• Coach and lead two Customer Service Representatives
• Help grow Auto Body Team – Salina
• Maintain a strong closing ratio with a goal of 85–90%
• Solve difficult customer situations and make sure promises are kept
• Perform final quality-control inspections on every completed vehicle
• Write initial estimates when needed to serve or sell the customer
• Support referral and business-development relationships when needed
• Be the face of Auto Body Team – Salina

WHAT YOU WON'T SPEND YOUR DAY DOING

• Ordering parts
• Writing routine supplements
• Managing production
• Chasing technicians
• Handling constant insurance communication

We built a team and a process to handle those responsibilities so our Quarterback can focus on sales, service and people.

COMPENSATION

$50,000–$60,000 guaranteed base salary, based on experience, plus performance-based incentive compensation tied to location sales.

As you grow with the position and demonstrate the Auto Body Team standard, your earning opportunity grows with you.

High-performing Quarterbacks have $100,000 earning potential.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

We are especially interested in:

• Experienced collision estimators who love the customer side of the business
• Successful automotive sales professionals ready for a Monday–Friday career
• Proven sales and customer-service professionals who know how to earn trust and close business

Collision experience is preferred, but it is NOT required.

We can teach collision repair.

It's much harder to teach energy, communication, leadership and a genuine desire to serve people.

Experience with CCC ONE, Mitchell Estimating or Nexsyis is a plus, but we will train the right person.

YOUR SCHEDULE

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

No Saturdays. No scheduled evenings.

This is a leadership position, so there will be days when finishing the job requires staying beyond normal business hours. We expect our leaders to make sure commitments are fulfilled and the work is complete.
