Our transportation company provides non-CDL transportation services using company-owned sedans and SUVs. We specialize in transporting small items and customers safely and professionally without handling commercial freight, cargo hauling, or CDL-required loads.

Services Include

• Small package and parcel delivery
• Document and retail item transportation
• Medical and pharmacy pickups (non-hazardous items)
• Personal item transport
• Non-emergency customer transportation
• Scheduled rides and on-demand transportation services
• Same-day delivery and local transport services

Services Excluded

• No CDL-required transportation
• No freight or cargo hauling
• No palletized or oversized loads
• No tractor-trailer or commercial truck operations

Transportation Duties

• Safely transport customers to assigned destinations
• Pick up and deliver approved items promptly
• Assist customers entering or exiting the vehicle when needed
• Maintain professional and courteous interactions at all times
• Follow dispatch schedules and route assignments
• Provide delivery confirmations and trip updates

Vehicle & Safety Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicle in compliance with all traffic laws
• Maintain clean, safe, and presentable vehicles
• Perform daily vehicle inspections
• Report maintenance issues, incidents, or delays immediately
• Ensure transported items are secured properly
• Maintain passenger safety and comfort during transport

Communication Responsibilities

• Maintain strong communication with dispatch and customers
• Use GPS/navigation and company communication systems
• Handle sensitive or confidential transportation professionally

Driver Requirements

• Valid standard driver’s license
• Chauffeur license is required
• CDL not required
• Acceptable driving record
• Must meet company driving safety standards
