Job Opportunity: Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT)
Location: Wheaton, IL and Surrounding Suburbs
Starting Pay: $23.00- $25.00/hour
Schedule: Part-Time

Eligibility Requirements:
- RBT Certification (Required).
- Availability to work in Wheaton, IL
- Passion for helping individuals with autism thrive.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Has reliable transportation
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to individuals with autism in a variety of settings (home, clinic, community).
- Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
- Collect data on client behavior and progress during each session.
- Collaborate with the supervising BCBA to adjust programming as needed.
- Communicate effectively with families and team members about client progress.
- Attend regular team meetings and training sessions.
