We’re looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are caring, reliable, and excited to help children reach their full potential through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Position Details
- Job Type: Part-time/or full time hours
- Pay: $22.00 – $25.00/hour (based on experience)
- Location: In-person sessions at our center and in-home (within 5-mile radius)
What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Follow behavior and treatment plans created by a BCBA
- Track progress and behaviors during sessions
- Support communication, social, and life skill development
- Collaborate with families and team members
- Maintain RBT standards and professional ethics
What We’re Looking For:
- RBT certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Experience with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable transportation
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
