Role Description
This is a part-time role (20-30hr/week) for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to service the Plainfield/Joliet Illinois area, providing ABA therapy in-home. The RBT will implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Key responsibilities include collecting data, using ABA strategies to encourage positive behaviors, and maintaining consistent communication with clients, families, and the clinical team. The RBT will play a critical role in supporting individuals to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
Pay $19-22/hr depending on experience
Mileage reimbursement between client homes

Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Reliable transportation to travel to and from client homes
- Knowledge and skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Strong competencies in Behavioral Intervention and understanding of Psychology principles
- Effective Communication skills for engaging with clients, families, and team members
- Patience, compassion, and a commitment to ethical practices in behavior therapy
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in related fields is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively and follow individualized treatment plans as directed by the supervising BCBA
