What You'll Do
As a Behavior Technician, you'll work directly with children with autism to help develop communication, social, and daily living skills. You'll implement ABA therapy programs designed by our Clinical Managers and make a meaningful difference every day.
Responsibilities Include
- Deliver individualized ABA therapy in home, center, and community settings
- Implement treatment programs, including discrete trial training, pivotal response training, and social skills development
- Collect and record accurate data to track progress
- Collaborate with families and supervisors to support consistent treatment
- Maintain professionalism, compassion, and integrity in all interactions
Preferred Education
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Child Development, or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent (RBT certification preferred, but we'll train you!)
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Professionalism, patience, and emotional resilience
- Comfort working with diverse families and in varied home environments
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and engage in physical activity during sessions
