Job Description for Autism & Behavior Consulting Services-is seeking a dynamic, details-oriented Administrative Assistant to join its team! The Administrative Assistant plays an integral role in the daily operations of our organization. Daily tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Responsibilities and Tasks Client intake coordination Verifying benefits and eligibility of patients Serve as a liaison between several departments Monitor and update essential processes and procedures Answering calls Scheduling appointments Keeping the clinic clean and Possibly closing at the end of the day Other administrative tasks as assigned Skills and Requirements Bilingual (Spanish and English) - Required Experience with Microsoft Word - Required Experience with Excel - Education in one of the following fields or similarly related fields: Psychology, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Liberal Studies, Management, Education, Communications, General Studies, etc.Strong Interpersonal Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills
