Office Administrator – Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our clinic. This role will begin with a strong focus on general administrative support and may grow into a management position based on performance.
Key responsibilities include scheduling and creating staff schedules, supporting daily clinic operations, recruiting and interviewing candidates, preparing training classes, managing office inventory and supplies, facilitating Safety Care trainings, and assisting with intake for new clients. This role plays an important part in ensuring the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate has prior experience in a healthcare setting, strong written and phone communication skills, and the ability to multitask, stay organized, and solve problems quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Experience
- Prior experience in ABA or working with children with autism spectrum disorder is preferred
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis techniques and principles
- Knowledge of special education practices is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills for working effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Requirements/Qualifications
-High school diploma or GED completed, Bachelors degree preferred
-Pass criminal background check
-Valid driver's license
-Reliable transportation and active auto insurance
-TB test
-Receive immunities to MMR
-Verification of initial COVID vaccine/proof of waiver
-Ability to keep up with active children to ensure client safety
