Your Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized, one-on-one support to children
  • Follow behavior treatment plans developed and supervised by a BCBA
  • Teach communication, social, play, learning, and daily living skills
  • Implement structured skill-development programs
  • Support children during both structured teaching and play-based activities
  • Accurately collect and document data on client performance and progress
  • Assist children with overcoming behavioral and developmental barriers
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, supervisors, and other team members
  • Communicate respectfully and professionally with families and coworkers
  • Follow all ethical, clinical, safety, and confidentiality requirements
  • Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and supportive treatment environment

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Ability to successfully complete all required background screenings
  • Willingness to complete the required 40-hour RBT training program
  • Interest in applied behavior analysis, child development, psychology, education, or human services
  • Dependable, patient, compassionate, and receptive to feedback
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a clinical team
  • Commitment to supporting the growth and development of children

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with children
  • Current or previous Registered Behavior Technician certification
  • Experience in ABA therapy, behavioral health, education, childcare, or a related field
  • Coursework or education related to psychology, education, child development, or human services

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
