What We’re Looking For

- Experience in ABA, childcare, or behavioral health is a plus (but not required!)
Pay
- $21.50/hour starting
- $25–$27/hour for candidates with a bachelor’s degree or near completion

What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy with children in a community setting
- Teach communication, behavior, and daily living skills
- Follow structured lesson plans from a BCBA
- Use positive reinforcement and behavior strategies
- Track data and write short session notes
- Work closely with a professional team in a structured environment
Bonus Opportunity
Candidates with a bachelor’s degree (or close to obtaining one) may have the opportunity to manage a small caseload and grow into higher-level roles.
We will help you get licensed and certified as an RBT.
