The Sr. Marketing Manager will be assigned to a sub-group of franchise brands within Authority Brands.

The Sr. Marketing Manager will be assigned to a sub-group of franchise brands within Authority Brands.
Responsibilities
- Works with Vice President of Franchise Development Marketing, Vice Presidents of Sales, and Brand Leaders of assigned brands. Collaborate with brand marketing and communication directors, and greater Authority Brands team on cross-discipline initiatives, projects, processes, and marketing plans for the assigned sub-group of brands.
- Provide guidance, strategy, and executional support for franchise development projects at the sub-group and individual brand level.
- Provide frequent updates to Vice President of Franchise Development Marketing and other Leadership Teams associated with assigned brands.
- Identify areas for portfolio optimization, including creating new support templates, formalizing processes, and new vendor relationships.
- Lead, develop, and grow direct reports.
- Develop best practices for cross brand collaboration and sharing.
- Perform other duties as assigned. These duties may include assignments in jobs other than own.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience with the following:
- Bachelor’s degree, master’s in business administration preferred.
- Developing initiatives and projects across multiple brands.
- Presenting to and collaborating with leadership, including cross-discipline leadership
- Managing agency partners, including vetting new partners.
- Involvement and familiarization with formulating, designing, socializing, and executing an annual brand marketing plan.
- Developing reporting and presentation materials to highlight brands, department programs, and successes.
- Creating and leading agendas for cross-discipline meetings.
- Strong executive presence.
- High attention to detail, self-starter
- Energetic, open to collaborative environment, business minded, strategic and creative.
- Knowledge/understanding of digital marketing, including ability to interpret digital campaign results (SEO and SEM).
- Solid PC skills, including Microsoft Office systems as well as Google Analytics competency.
- Franchise system marketing preferred.
- Forecasting, tracking, and maintaining an annual marketing budget.
- Experience managing direct reports.
