The Accounts Receivable Associate to supports our business entities by ensuring that the company receives payment for goods and services offered to clients.

The Accounts Receivable Associate to supports our business entities by ensuring that the company receives payment for goods and services offered to clients.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate balances in the billing system
- Generating invoices and account statements
- Performing bank account reconciliations
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- Producing and communicating financial reports with management
- Investigating and resolving any discrepancies
- Assisting in managing credit limits
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred.
- At least two years of related experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as other accounting software programs.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
