Support Specialist

As our Service Support Specialist, you’ll be the friendly voice that customers and partners hear first when they call AUTEC Car Wash Systems, PHYZIX Chemistry, or Peak Wash Solutions — three brands that work together to power the car wash industry from every angle.

This is a fast-paced, team-driven role where every day is a little different. You’ll handle customer calls, route requests, enter service leads, and support daily operations from order tracking to safety checks. What You’ll Do

• Be the Voice of Our Brands: Answer calls for AUTEC, PHYZIX, and Peak Wash Solutions — greeting customers, routing calls, and making sure every request finds the right home.
• Stay in the Know: Keep up with service leads, customer inquiries, and PO details in SAP so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Support the Team: Work closely with our Sales, Service, and Warehouse teams to keep communication smooth and operations running strong.
• Track What Matters: Coordinate open orders, confirm deliveries, and update customers and suppliers along the way.
• Keep It Safe: Participate in daily safety audits and quick walkthroughs to ensure everything’s clean, safe, and running smoothly.
• Stay Organized: Update dashboards, reconcile POs, and send a quick end-of-day summary so the team always has visibility.
• Pitch In: When it’s quiet, help out with record updates, lead management, or anything that helps move the team forward.

Qualifications

• You have 1–2 years of customer service or administrative experience (bonus points for experience with SAP or Monday.com).
• You’re a great communicator — clear, professional, and always willing to help.
• You thrive in a busy environment and love having variety in your day.
• You’re detail-oriented, dependable, and take pride in your work.
• You’re a self-starter who finds ways to stay productive, even during slower times.
