What are the responsibilities and job description for the Speech and Debate Assistant Coach position at Austintown Local Schools?

Compensation:
AEA Members: 10% of the Base Salary in accordance with the AEA Negotiated Agreement
Non-AEA Members: 10% of the base salary on the Non-Degreed Certificated Salary Schedule.

The following requirements must be on file before starting:
- Valid and Appropriate Ohio Teaching License or Pupil Activity Permit
- Ohio Auditor of State Fraud Reporting and Training Certificate of Completion
- Favorable State and Federal background checks
- Negative Drug Screen Result
Employees must follow all board policies, all state and federal laws, and adhere to the Ohio Code of Ethics set up by the Ohio Department of Education. Subject to all applicable laws, essential job functions of this position include the employee being punctual and capable of completing all of the position's required duties, with or without reasonable accommodation.
The successful candidate must complete all required compliance courses as assigned by the administration.
