Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain accurate track-and-trace records, update databases, and apply product labels according to specifications.
- Perform daily inspections and verification of products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor product identification, appearance, and case count prior to shipment.
- Conduct random quality checks, follow testing parameters, and document results accurately.
- Prepare reports detailing accepted and rejected products.
- Assist with analytical testing of raw materials and finished goods, including chemical handling and use of analytical balances.
- Support R&D efforts and perform calibration and verification of equipment as needed.
- Participate in outdoor testing activities under varying weather conditions and safely lift up to 60 pounds.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret product specifications and technical documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and navigating Windows-based systems.
- Working knowledge of laboratory practices, chemical handling, and annalistically testing preferred.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment
- Minimal travel required.
- Must be able to work in both indoor laboratory settings and outdoor environments during testing activities.
