How do you prove that, you ask? Well, it bears mentioning our team's average tenure is well over 11 years. That is quite the batting average and doesn't happen on accident by either party.

The fruits of the labor of simply doing the right thing day in and day out for the past 80 years has been growth in all aspects of our company. Which is why we're looking for more top talent HVAC techs or installers to join our team.

But not just any HVAC Tech. A specific breed that, in order to fit in, will need to be:

• Experienced in residential HVAC service and/or retrofit HVAC installs- bonus points if you know your way around boilers
• A team player

• Organized and detailed oriented

• A natural problem solver and preventer

What positions are we looking to fill? We believe strongly that each individual team member contributes in a unique way to the team, which is why we remain flexible and let the team member show us where they will fit best. That said, most of our team fits into one of the following positions.

Service Technician- The heart and soul of our team, the front line, first response HVAC techs who help our clients by diagnosing HVAC problems, presenting solutions and ultimately executing the on-the-spot repairs and/or light installs on forced air HVAC systems and boiler systems.

Install Tech- This is for the HVAC tech who is clean, neat, organized and receives confirmation on a job well done by installing replacement furnaces and AC systems. Our installers do cross over and so there is some service work, but mainly install prescheduled work. We do not perform new construction plumbing.

Maintenance & Consultation Tech- We have a robust HVAC maintenance base to service and this role is perfect for the up and coming Tech or one looking to lighten up the work load a bit while still keeping the technical skills sharp. A maintenance tech performs HVAC system inspections, maintenance, and light repairs.

Other noteworthy tidbits

• We deliver work / life balance- We want our team home for supper, at dance recitals and attending baseball games.
• We are owned, operated and led by a Tradesperson- The owner is a licensed Master Plumber, HVAC Qualifier/ Contractor and Well Contractor. PLUS- We are privately held and don't answer to investors or private equity, nor do we have the typical family ownership drama.
• Our service area- We service Waukesha County from our shop in Hartland and Washington County from our shop in Germantown. We do little to no work in the city of Milwaukee.
• On Call- We are NOT a 24/7 company, plus on call responsibilities are spread among many. Therefore, running a late in the day or weekend call is a very rare occurrence.
• Money- It would be a shame to be interested (or not interested) based on an arbitrary salary range. For now, let's be concerned with making sure this is the right fit for you and our team because if that ends up being the case, the money will surely work itself out.

Who is not a good fit- Whiners, know-it-all's, negative Nelly's, Primadonna's, and drama queens.
