What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker position at AUSTIN PARTS AND SERVICE?
Austin Parts and Service is a growing family owned and run Truck parts company looking to add to our team. We sell heavy duty truck parts for semi trucks, buses, dump trucks and off road equipment. We are like an AutoZone or O'Reilly's, but for commercial vehicles.
We are looking for a "jack of all trades" kind of person. Because we are a small company it's all hands on deck all the time.
Clock in at 8:30 and done at 5:00. Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week guaranteed.
Typical work day will include:
2-6 hours of local deliveries and pickups to our customers and venders.
When you aren't driving you will be;
Receiving in UPS and other shipments, stocking shelves and pulling orders.
If you like change and can easily jump from task to task with ease this could be a great fit.
As we are growing company, we are looking for our employees current and future to be leveling up and there will be more opportunities as we build.
We are really looking for someone who will take ownership in whatever task they are doing, take pride in the work they do. This isn't place you can just clock in and sit around or just focus on one project. We will expect a teamwork mentality. Anything needs done everyone is willing to do it if possible.
Job requirements:
on time and ready to work. (hours 8:30am- 5pm MON-FRI)
good with reading numbers and organizing
good driving record
able to lift 100 lbs
good attitude and easy to work with. (We are a very laid back team to work with, but we are here to work and serve customers)

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
