Austin Bridge & Road is currently seeking an Assistant Field Office Manager for projects in San Antonio, Texas. We excel at what we do and are looking for talented professionals that want to excel with us.
The Assistant Field Office Manager responsibilities are to assist the field office manager with jobsite accounting, personnel functions, and other administrative support functions required to support the project staff.
Functional Areas of Responsibility
- Jobsite accounts payable/receivable
- Job cost accounting
- Change order accounting
- Support of job status reports
- Project insurance administration
- Personnel administration
- Jobsite office administration
Requirements:
- 2 years of accounting experience working for a General Contractor or subcontractor in construction
- Knowledge of accounting software programs or construction related accounting programs
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple deadlines
