Systems & Transactions. Enter shipment information into the ERP system to generate packing lists, labels, invoices, and documents, and conduct system transactions that maintain inventory integrity and shipment tracking.
Reporting & Communication. Prepare and maintain operational reports - shipment volumes, on-time delivery metrics, and cost analyses - and communicate effectively with carriers, internal teams, and customers to resolve issues.
General Warehouse Duties. Perform regular housekeeping to keep work areas clean and organized and ensure compliance with safety standards and organizational policies.
