YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Golf Store Manager, you'll support retail operations, oversee event planning, and foster an uplifting hospitality environment to provide amazing experiences for every member, visitor, and employee. You'll handle the logistics for upcoming tournaments and events, making sure everything comes together seamlessly. You can expect to:

  • Support retail, merchandising, and event planning strategies
  • Build and maintain an annual tournament and event calendar
  • Coordinate vendors, marketing, registration, and administrative responsibilities for Men's and Women's golf tournaments
  • Maintain tournament budgets, document charges, and handle billing
  • Answer phone calls from members, guests, and employees, and inform them about special events and programs
  • Manage our website and respond to emails
  • Manage office supply levels and order items as needed
  • Provide concierge services as needed, such as planning trips and providing expedited golf-related services

QUALIFICATIONS

We're looking for someone who has:

  • An ethical and honest character
  • A flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Strong computer proficiency with above-average writing, editing, and typing skills
  • Extensive experience using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and Golf Genius
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • A drive to meet and exceed goals
