THE TYPE OF CLUBHOUSE DINING MANAGER WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Private club experience with a deep understanding of member-focused service culture
- Leadership experience in high-end restaurants, luxury hotels, or private clubs
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, dining service standards, beer, wine, and spirits

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR CLUBHOUSE DINING MANAGER
This is a full-time food service position that requires flexibility, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of the Club and its members. Weekend and holiday coverage is an essential part of the schedule.
As Clubhouse Dining Manager, you will spend your day overseeing the front-of-house leadership team, including two Dining Assistant Managers and the Manager of the Men's Grill, while also supervising the service staff, On-Course Beverage Cart team, Front Desk reception, and seasonal Pool Cabana staff. You will recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members and lead pre-shift meetings to set the tone for exceptional service. Throughout the day, you will anticipate and respond to member needs, ensuring that each guest enjoys a seamless, memorable experience across all dining venues. You will maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety while managing smooth operations for meal periods, special dinners, and seasonal outlets. Collaboration will be a constant as you work with the culinary and events teams to execute traditions, holiday buffets, wine dinners, and themed dining nights.
Large-scale events such as golf tournaments and festivals will be under your leadership, requiring careful planning, staffing, and execution for thousands of members and guests. Alongside these responsibilities, you will also manage beverage inventory and purchasing, oversee the Point-of-Sale systems, and partner with others to achieve financial goals by monitoring labor costs, beverage costs, and overall departmental performance. Every day will be fast-paced, member-focused, and rooted in a culture of hospitality.
