Maintenance Manager – Paper Machine & Converting

Responsibilities for this Paper Machine & Converting Maintenance Manager:
- Lead a team of supervisors and mechanics toward a proactive maintenance culture
- Implement and optimize Preventive/Predictive Maintenance programs
- Reduce unscheduled downtime and drive operational efficiency
- Ensure safety compliance and promote clean, organized work standards
- Champion continuous improvement across all maintenance activities.
Minimum requirements for this Paper Machine & Converting Maintenance Manager:
- BS in Engineering or Technology OR equivalent experience with paper machines
- Minimum of 7 years of maintenance leadership in the paper industry
- Strong background in reliability and predictive maintenance
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams
