Quality Manager
Salary up to $110,000 Benefits Paid Relocation to Mississippi
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Quality Manager to lead quality initiatives for an established manufacturing operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive leader who enjoys working directly with production teams, improving processes, and driving a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Six Sigma certification is a plus.
What you'll do as the Quality Manager:
- Lead and continuously improve the facility's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring ISO 9001:2015 compliance.
- Develop and implement quality standards, procedures, and internal auditing programs.
- Supervise, train, and mentor Quality Control Inspectors.
- Partner with production leadership to strengthen quality practices and employee training.
- Oversee supplier quality, incoming materials inspections, and corrective action programs.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) to reduce defects and quality costs.
- Analyze quality data, identify improvement opportunities, and drive positive changes throughout the facility.
What we are looking for in the Quality Manager:
- Minimum 5 years of quality management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality systems.
- Knowledge of welding quality standards, including AWS D1.1.
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence teams across departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
