HVAC Service Supervisor
Austin Air Services is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Supervisor to join our growing team. We are seeking a strong commercial HVAC professional who can provide technical leadership, support our technicians in the field, and help maintain a high standard of service.
Competitive pay based on experience $2,000–$5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates!
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and technical support to service technicians
- Assist with troubleshooting complex commercial HVAC issues
- Review service reports for accuracy, recommendations, and quality of work
- Train and mentor technicians and address areas for improvement
- Monitor jobs for efficiency and quoted labor hours
- Assist in the field with service calls and troubleshooting as needed
- Ensure company safety, quality, and service standards are followed
- Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and office staff
Commercial Equipment Experience
Strong service and troubleshooting experience with commercial equipment, including:
- Air- and water-cooledchillers
- VRF/VRV systems
- AAON equipment
- Commercial RTUs and DOAS
- AHUs, FCUs, and WSHPs
- Cooling towers
- Pumps and motors
- VFDs
- Commercial split/DX systems
Qualifications
- Extensive commercial HVAC service and troubleshooting experience
- Strong mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and controls knowledge
- Previous supervisory, lead technician, or field leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to train and support technicians in the field
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
