About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
Content & Copywriting
- Write clear, engaging copy for internal and external communications
- Support creation of newsletters, announcements, emails, and marketing materials
- Assist with editing and proofreading to ensure consistency in tone and brand voice
- Grow our a social media presence and strategy primarily utilizing LinkedIn
Newsletter & Campaign Support
- Create and manage recurring newsletters (planning, drafting, layout, and distribution)
- Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and communications initiatives
- Track engagement metrics and help identify improvement opportunities
Graphic Design & Visual Content
- Design basic graphics for newsletters, presentations, social media, and marketing materials
- Design assets for marketing of medical devices with the opportunity to learn asset generation in a highly regulated industry
- Work within established brand guidelines to ensure consistency
Collaboration & Growth
- Partner with marketing, HR, and other internal teams on communication needs
- Support special projects and events as needed
- Learn and apply new marketing tools, platforms, and best practices
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to learn
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Internship or entry-level experience in marketing or communications
- Experience with email marketing or newsletter platforms
- Basic understanding of branding and visual design principles
