Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Leadership
- Workflow Management: Oversee the daily grooming schedule to maximize productivity.
- Facility Oversight: Ensure the mobile salons meet all health and safety regulations. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and ensure all equipment (tables, tubs, dryers, clippers) is in peak working condition.

Inventory Control: Manage the ordering of shampoos, tools, and supplies.
2. Team Management
- Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of experienced groomers and receptionists.
- Scheduling: Create weekly staff rotations that align with booking demand.

Performance Reviews: Conduct regular check-ins to provide feedback ensuring each associate maintains high morale.
3. Client & Pet Relations
- Customer Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for complex client inquiries or complaints, ensuring every "pet parent" leaves satisfied.
- Safety Protocols: Enforce strict safety handling procedures to minimize stress for the pets and prevent injuries to staff.

4. Business Growth
- Financial Tracking: Monitor daily revenue, labor costs, and rebooking rates.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3 years in a management role, preferably in the pet industry, veterinary field, or high-end retail/hospitality.
- Animal Knowledge: Strong understanding of dog breeds, behavior, and basic health signs. (Grooming certification is a plus).
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with technology, scheduling software and basic office suites.

This role has remote flexibility. Onboarding is required on-site with no less than one day a week on-site. Other days can be remote as needed.
