Responsibilities:
- Provide top tier grooming services in a luxurious, Mercedes-Benz van fully equipped with air conditioning, heat, electricity and water.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their pet's grooming needs and preferences
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with pets and their owners
- Prioritize the safety and well-being of pets throughout each grooming session.
- Maintain a clean and organized mobile grooming unit
- Adhere to schedules and be punctual for appointments
- No Scheduling: We handle all the scheduling, so you can focus on grooming and offering personalized recommendations for each pet’s needs
Qualifications:
- 1 year of paid professional pet grooming experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent knowledge of different grooming techniques and breed-specific requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and groom pets weighing up to 75 lbs.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive pay: Averaging $27 - $37 per hour (commission tips)
- $1,200 - $1,400 weekly pay range for full-time employees
