Aurum Technologies is a rapidly growing technology company focused on operational systems, implementation, communications, tracking, and deployment solutions within highly complex and operationally demanding environments.

We are transitioning from early-stage deployment into large-scale operational growth and are seeking a highly capable operational leader to help increase organizational coordination, execution reliability, and operational scalability.

This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role working directly with company leadership.

Aurum Technologies is entering a period of rapid operational growth. We need a strong operator who can improve coordination, visibility, follow-through, and operational effectiveness across the company as deployments, customer activity, and organizational complexity increase.

This role exists to reduce operational fragmentation and help build the systems, structure, and coordination necessary to scale effectively. It is an active operational coordination and execution role — not passive support.

• Work directly with executive leadership to improve operational coordination and execution visibility.
• Track priorities, action items, customer commitments, implementation efforts, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Coordinate across leadership, vendors, contractors, customers, and operational stakeholders.
• Support implementation coordination, deployment readiness, conference/travel planning, and operational follow-through.
• Identify operational gaps and risks proactively.
• Help develop processes, documentation, workflows, and project coordination systems.
• Prepare operational summaries and briefing materials as needed.
• Bring structure and organization to a fast-moving, scaling environment.

Strong candidates are highly organized, proactive, ownership-oriented, and comfortable in evolving environments. You should thrive on follow-through, clear communication, and solving operational problems across technical, operational, and executive contexts.

Relevant backgrounds often include operational coordination, implementation, technical operations, project/program management, startup operations, industrial operations, military logistics, or similar fast-moving settings.

Expected compensation for this role is $140,000 – $180,000 annually depending on experience, operational capability, leadership maturity, and overall fit.

Additional compensation considerations may include:

• Performance-based bonus opportunities
• Future long-term incentive and profit-sharing opportunities based on organizational contribution and company growth

This role is designed to grow significantly in scope and compensation as the company scales.

This is a highly collaborative, fast-moving environment. Hybrid working arrangements are available for qualified U.S. candidates. Periodic travel is required for conferences, customer meetings, implementation activities, and strategic sessions.

This is not a traditional executive assistant role, passive administrative support position, or narrowly defined corporate job. It is intended for someone who wants real responsibility and impact in a growing company.
