Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Stibo Solutions Architect with strong expertise in Stibo Systems STEP Product MDM and hands-on experience designing and developing MDM solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Product Master Data Management, Manufacturer Onboarding, Stibo STEP configurations, workflows, integrations, and technical development. The candidate should also have knowledge of AI technologies and their application within Product MDM to help design scalable and intelligent data management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, architect, develop, and implement solutions using Stibo Systems STEP / Product MDM.
- Develop and configure Stibo solutions based on business and technical requirements.
- Provide hands-on technical expertise in STEP configuration, workflows, business rules, data models, user interfaces, and validations.
- Design and implement solutions for Manufacturer Onboarding, including onboarding workflows, data validation, enrichment, and governance.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Stibo solutions.
- Develop and maintain Product MDM data models, hierarchies, classifications, attributes, and relationships.
- Configure and optimize Stibo workflows and business processes.
- Develop integrations between Stibo and other enterprise applications/systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions related to Stibo configurations, integrations, and data processes.
- Apply AI capabilities and emerging technologies to improve product data quality, enrichment, classification, onboarding, and MDM processes.
- Participate in solution architecture, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and other team members.
- Ensure solutions follow enterprise architecture, security, data governance, and development standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with Stibo Systems STEP / Product MDM.
- Proven experience working as a Stibo Technical Architect, Solutions Architect, Senior Stibo Developer, or similar role.
- Practical experience developing and configuring solutions in Stibo STEP.
- Strong understanding of Product Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and processes.
- Hands-on experience with Manufacturer Onboarding and supplier/manufacturer data onboarding processes.
- Experience designing and implementing data models, workflows, business rules, validations, classifications, hierarchies, and product structures in Stibo.
- Strong technical understanding of Stibo configurations and customization.
- Experience with Stibo integrations and enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of APIs, data integration, and system interfaces.
- Understanding of data quality, data governance, data enrichment, and master data processes.
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and AI-driven solutions, particularly as they relate to Product MDM, product data enrichment, classification, or onboarding.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on large-scale Product MDM implementations.
- Experience integrating Stibo with ERP, PIM, eCommerce, or other enterprise platforms.
- Experience with automated product data enrichment and classification.
- Experience applying Generative AI / AI-assisted data processing within MDM or product data environments.
- Stibo STEP certification is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
