Fond du Lac Surgical Services delivers exceptional care across the full perioperative continuum—supporting both outpatient and inpatient surgery, including GI procedures.

We work closely with Oshkosh Surgical Services to maintain regional consistency and elevate surgical outcomes.

As part of this role, you’ll join a truly multidisciplinary team that keeps the OR running: RNs, CNAs, Surgical Technologists, Sterile Processing Techs, PACU Techs, EVS professionals, and a Surgery Scheduler—all working together to deliver the best possible patient experience.

We’re Looking For

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• OR experience preferred
  
  

What You’ll Do

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
