What You'll Do
As a Patient Care Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting patients through their behavioral health journey. Responsibilities include:
- Managing a dynamic caseload in inpatient or outpatient psychiatric settings
- Facilitating group therapy and psychoeducational sessions
- Delivering exceptional patient care and customer service
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and participating in utilization review processes
- Thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- The shifts would be more focused on the weekend for current need. Saturday and Sunday availability hours of 8:30am-4:30pm (flexible).
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling (required)
- Licensed or license-eligible in Arizona: LPC, LMSW, LMFT, or LISAC
- We also welcome LAC, LASAC, or candidates actively pursuing licensure
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a behavioral health setting
- Must be 21 years of age or older
