As a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT), you'll be the heartbeat of patient care, working side-by-side with our RNs to:
- Assist patients with daily living activities
- Participate in treatment planning and therapeutic rounds
- Create and maintain a safe, supportive environment
- Provide crisis intervention and gather vital patient information
- Lead engaging activities and groups that support recovery goals
What We're Looking For
We're Seeking Experienced, Empathetic, And Motivated Individuals Who Thrive In a Team Environment And Bring Positivity To Every Interaction. Key Qualities Include
- Grace under pressure and strong communication skills
- Ability to resolve conflicts with honesty and respect
- Organization, initiative, and a self-starter mindset
- A genuine passion for helping patients and families
- 1-2 years experience in the behavioral health field
- Must be 21 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CPR, First Aid, and TO certification (or completion within 30 days of hire)
