What You'll Do
As an Outpatient Therapist, you'll:
- Facilitate group therapy sessions focused on mental health, chemical dependency, DBT skills, telehealth, and adolescent care at PHP and IOP levels.
- Collaborate with the Director of Outpatient Services to design a schedule that aligns with your availability and clinical strengths.
- Maintain strict client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
- Complete all required documentation promptly, in accordance with hospital, state, and regulatory guidelines.
- Meet hospital productivity standards while delivering high-quality, client-centered care.

To be considered, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Licensed in Counseling or Social Work (required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience conducting assessments in a behavioral health setting
- Minimum 1 year of counseling experience in a behavioral health setting
- 1-3 years of experience in utilization review within behavioral health
- Must be 21 years of age or older
