Warehouse Associate 4227 East Windsor, New Jersey Warehouse Full-Time Job Description Division Overview AUROLOGISTICS LLC LOGO Aurologistics, a division of Aurobindo Pharma USA, Inc., is our third party logistics (3PL) Distribution Center in East Windsor. Aurologistics is 565, 000 square feet where we have Aurobindo's automated warehouse, distribution, manufacturing and packaging of Aurobindo's products. Job Overview The Warehouse Associate will be involved with receiving and processing incoming merchandise and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock. Responsibilities Familiar to driving forklift and Pallet jacks Manage daily cycle counts for multiple locations Conduct spot counts and bin audits as necessary Investigate and correct inventory discrepancies Documenting and accounting of product returns, resolving discrepancies raised by pickers, claims and integrity of inventory data Communicate inventory concerns effectively and with sense of urgency to various departments Ensure accuracy of ERP and WMS systems Accurately input inventory control data Qualifications - Skills & Requirements Customer service oriented Computer skills Good communications skills English preferred Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Follow all facility safety rules and regulations including the use of and wearing of proper safety equipment Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Education & Experience High School Diploma Compensation Min USD $15.92/Hr. Max USD $17.00/Hr. Physical Requirements WAREHOUSE OR PRODUCTION POSITION – While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to: Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus The worker is subject to environmental conditions. Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes The worker is subject to both environmental conditions. Activities occur inside and outside Medium work Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
